The Board of Directors of the Garretson Area Golf Association has approved the following policies:

Cart Policy

1. Single cart membership.  A single cart membership entitles that person to use a cart anytime.  Use of a single cart membership cannot be split between two or more people.
2. Couples Cart Membership.  Married couples can participate in the couples cart program.  Children cannot use their parents cart program membership.
3. Legal age to rent a cart is 18 years.
4. Cart members playing together will share a cart.  If two members are golfing together--there will be one cart, three or four golfers--there will be 2 carts, etc.
5. Availability.  Carts are available from April 1 to October 30th or at the discretion of the course manager.  No cart reservations are taken except during tournaments.
6. Damages.  Any damages resulting from abuse or negligence will be assessed to the user.
7. During a tournament any non cart member will pay half of a cart fee to ride on a cart.
8. A member may bring in their own cart, if they pay a trail fee assessed at 70% of the couples' cart membership fee.
9. Any person not having a cart membership will pay cart rental even if they are riding with a member with a cart membership.

Tournaments

1.     All Tournaments are set up by the tournament committee and manager.

Ladies' and Men's Day

1. Starting time is 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday for Ladies' Day.
2. Starting time is 2:00 p.m. on Thursday for Men's Day.

Other Rules--General Policies

1. Fivesomes are allowed on the course ONLY with the discretion of cashier or manager.  There must be at least two carts.
2. Every player has to have their own set of clubs.
3. Refunds on membership will be considered by the Board for death, disability, or permanent injury, until July
